Important Vehicle Notification notice: Kinda worried

Got this in the mail, and I can't get through to the phone number listed....

This card that showed up has my year/make ('02 i35) and says the information obtainted from 1-800-376-7044 is URGENT and is in the "Final Notice" stage...

I use my i35 A LOT (about 800-1200 miles a week)...

I can't get through, and my concern is that there is a safety recall or a serious TSB issue.

Can't find any info, anyone else got one of these, or know what the deal is? I need to make arrangements to get another vehicle is mine isn't safe to drive....

ha ha, I got one of those cards too for my wife's hyundai santa fe.
They are just trying to sell you an extended warranty. You know, trying to steal your money.
This companies get your info from the dealer you bought it from or simply from the database the infiniti dealers have.
