New grill issues

New grill issues
Just got the cefiro sport grill and im having some fitment issues on the bottom portion of the grill. I can close the hood but there are a few knicks on the paint. Ive tried bending and hammering the grill, but nothing. Anyone with any suggestions would be helpful. Mahalos
