Pic Request: All-Weather Mats

I know this sounds pretty stupid, but does anyone have the beige all-weather mats in their I30? For my 2000, I ordered a set a few months ago from Sewell Infiniti. I got them and put them right in my car. As I've always thought, they seem like they are more for a light grey interior, but I can't be sure. It isn't the worst thing for me, but I just like having everything matching perfectly so I'm just curious on this. If anyone has them, think they could just snap a quick pic for me? I'll do the same tomorrow just for anyone's opinions. Thanks guys!

Ok, these are what I have. The first picture is side by side with the carpet mat I got with my I30, the second is how it looks in the car on the driver's side

I believe I payed about $55 for the complete set. But I got a discount since I'm also a member on nicoclub.com, which that dealership sponsors. Here is the direct link: http://infiniti.sewellparts.com/acce...2000/1743.html Post some pics if you get them so I can see if I just got a random grey set or if that is really the beige

I've been using them since November so I think it would be a **** move to send back mats I've been using. And trust me, they taken some abuse during a Jersey winter. Maybe when I can I'll order another set. If the set is good, then I'll sell my current. If the newer set is the same, they'll go right back to where they came from

Thanks for offering to give me an update. I think it was when I got them I was a little too excited to get 'actual' mats for my car in and thought the color was close

Fail. The ones I got are definitely grey, exactly like the pics above.

I'm sending them back.

Thanks for the info. Someone should probably have them stop advertising them as tan when they are grey

I'm still going through the return process. After they already got the mats back they told me: "Your refund has been processed and credit will be received back in 5-7 business days. The mats that you received are actually the factory tan color from Infiniti. Each set of mats is coated in a mold release agent that gives them a grey tint. With a warm rag and water the mold release agent can be removed so that the tan color underneath becomes much more visible."

Really? That's awesome to hear! Maybe I'll have to do that tomorrow since I have off and it will be a nice day here in NJ. I tried scrubbing with a stiff brush and soap, but i guess that isn't the same as rubbing it with a damp rag. Just curious, does that mean that you're gonna end up buying the mats again?

More than likely I'm not going to bother buying them again.

If you can post some pics if you try the warm water and rag thing on them.

I think what that guy told you was BS. I soaked a cloth with water as hot as my kitchen sink would get, scrubbed at each one for a few minutes, and saw no change
