My coworker is selling a 2001 Infiniti i30t. It has about 150k miles and could use some cosmetic clean up, which is what I do best. It has rims and a system, both of which I told him he could keep since I like a stock car. He has the factory touring rims at home. What do you think it's worth? Not just going and looking on KBB and NADA. He wants $5500 for it. I definitely don't think it's worth that. I'm thinking $3000 at most. Let me know. I'm out of town right now, and I can't put any pictures up of it.
Here is KBB:

NADA:http://www.nadaguides.com/Cars/2001/...dard-Equipment
Higher than I expected...

pay what you want, i personally think not considering NADA and how the car is maintained is inconsiderate, but it is what it is

Without knowing maintenance history and location, it's kinda difficult, but I'd say split the different. It's probably not gonna fetch 5500 anywhere but a stealership, but I'd say 3k is on the low end.

I paid 5000 for my 01 i30 with 102 k. But, it is near perfect condition, and all maint. is up to date, plus every record since new. (I even have the window sticker) 5500 is high.
