ok so iv done quite a few things to my i30 but i need advice please

first off i have 22" rims and i would like to get a tuner lug set to make flat changes etc. easier
any reccomendations? i know the lugs are m12-1.25 but should i get only 16 lug nuts n then 4 locks so id have one lock and 4 nuts per wheel?
or just 20 lugs?

also i want to led my lights that are in the fold down mirrors
anyone know what size these are?
again i have a 2001 i30

also i need a keyfob but infiniti wants like $250 just for a replacement stock key remote
i dnt need a key i just want button acess to trunk/car/alarm
iv bought my own remote b4 and had no luck programming

any suggestions?
