What is this box?
I had my exhaust replaced recently.

I saw this box under the left rear. Anyone have any idea what it is?

That is the charcoal filled EVAP canister that is part of the emissions system.

They have been on the 3rd gen Maximas that came out in 1989 and the Infiniti that came out in 1994

dont remember seeing one on my car, and i have a 95
