I had a 1999 q45t for a short period of time not too long ago. I believe these new Q's are an insult to the Q line. They were known for powerful V8's and their luxury flagship designs. Now they look like every other sedan in the Infiniti line. Rather disappointing.

well the M kinda took over the Q line and thats still a very nice car and the M is now called the q70 i think so now its not the letters that differentiate the models its the numbers after the letters besides the suvs which are now QX's

I'll give that some thought when I need to get another car. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I love everything about the Q50 so that's probably what I'd look to after college unless Acura really pulls something off with the next generation TL that changes my mind. For now, my I30 still has low miles and everything works so I'm good with it. Car also has sentimental value so I probably won't even want to get rid of it when the time comes for a new car.

That's just maxima.org for ya, gotta love it. This place wouldn't be the same if people didn't give each other a hard time lol. See threads/posts by "twentyeggs." 'nuff said.

But to answer your question, the q50 is actually the car that I was trying to hold out for. But my maxima developed some problems in its age and it couldn't hold on. I had to get into something ASAP to get me to and from work. I ended up getting a g37, and I'm really happy with it so far. Can't say that I won't entertain the q50 in a couple years once the kinks have had time to work themselves out. Time will tell, I guess

I'll get either q50 or m35h. I am thinking about getting hybrid for the next car to get 30mpg instead of 17 I get right now on i35.

But for now my car runs great and feels like new, so not planning for an upgrade anytime soon.

Get a sports car, preferably not a broken red one

But seriously, get a proper platform!
