Cheapest price for OEM wheels

I am now getting tired of my stock 17 inch 6 spoke wheels as they are getting outdated and looking more and more like a stock maxima(nothing wrong with that) but I want to get the OEM i35 sport 8 spoke wheels as cheap as possible. I found these as they come with 4 and are refinished for 600$ with shipping. Is there any less anywhere?

Try searching Craigslist. I found 18" G35C wheels with Yokohama tires for $450 2-3 years ago.

You can also look for some 02-05 q45 and 03-04 m45 wheels. They are 18 inch but they are the same wheels. You might can find those also

Be cautious of the refinished wheels you buy, or just how you care for them. I bought 2 refinished stock six-spoke I35 wheels from eBay and I'm not sure if it was the Meguiars wheel cleaner I used or the stuff at the self car wash by me, but the finish on them started chipping and it had been bugging me. I messaged them and they told me I was only supposed to use soap and water. Meanwhile, the two OEM-finished wheels look fine. But anyway, I'm with you on wanting those I35 sport wheels; I think they look great.

I live in Chicago. So, that's not much of an argument?. If anything, it helps your odds?!?

I waited over a year to get the wheels at a sweet price. Like said, you have to be patient..or over pay.

I35 sport wheels aren't really that great?.. IMO
There are way better OEM wheel options.

I like how the I35 sport wheels look, but like the OP said they are pretty rare to find. Someone on eBay is selling used individual ones for over $150 a piece and some guy is selling a set from a Q45 that look identical but he wants way too much money, as in $800 + $150 shipping with tires that probably aren't the best choice for an A33. I'm thinking of getting some Sport Edition SE-14 wheels (G37 look-alike) in the spring. Just gotta figure out if I can get some Infiniti center caps on them . I like my stock I35 ones but I need two "new" ones and at that point I'll have 10+ year old wheels wheels with varying degrees of wear and tear.

Those don't look too bad, but when I ever get to order a Q50 I'm going with the 19" accessory wheels that look pretty awesome. There's some guy on craigslist selling a set of the stock Q50 wheels but I'm not sure of how much I'd like them on an A33. He's selling them really cheap (like $350), but Newark isn't really the place I want to go for a craigslist deal. Hell, I barely like commuting there for school. BTW, they're not Nissan OEM wheels I'm looking to get; Sport Edition is a company that Tire Rack sells. This is what they look like:

Saw that it's a dealer posting from your photobucket and it's weird that a dealer kinda close to me has an I35 with Q50 wheels. Looks good but I'm thinking the G37 look-alikes are my favorite even though they are so similar. I thought they were G37 wheels at first but the description says 17" whereas the OEM wheels whichever ere made by Enkei, as the wheel is stamped, were 19" and (I assume) 18". You can see how the spokes are shaped are very similar, but they are more of a split 5 spoke on the Q50 with how hey are angled.

I run the 2003 M45 18s ... they can be had quite inexpensively.

That's not me. I just have the OEM side skirts and rear spoiler on mine. This is from when I had the skirts put on (has LED taillights too)

Those would look great. Only thing for me is that wheels rarely pop up locally, and I somehow bent a 17" wheel. So I don't even want to think about how quickly I'd mess up an 18" lol

Yeah your maxi does look pretty nice... CLEAN LOL
And your i30.. CLEAN.
Now I have a question for you I just bought i35 side skirts for my i35 and how did you install them? First time I glued them and put in 2 screws in front wheel well and 1 in rear looked good but.. Little gap issue nothing terrible but going to reinstall them with 3m tape at top and all screws on bottom

Here's mine.

My car is far from clean at the moment. Hasn't been washed in a month and NJ has gotten more snow than usual lately so it looks disgusting right now lol. And when I had the skirts painted, along with some rust taken care of, the body shop installed them and must have thrown out the directions. I think I suggested it before, but call an Infiniti dealer and see if they can give you a printout or PDF of the directions. When I had my Acura CL I did that and he e-mailed me the directions to put on my rear spoiler. I think holes had to get drilled along the sides of the car since the skirts have clips on them, then just screw into the front/back of the respective wheel wells.

Lol yea I know what you mean.. Every 2 days I get home I spray the bottom of my car with hot high pressures water for a few mins (removes salt and sand) yes you have suggested that before my dad works for local infiniti and he said they have no PDF file for the side skirt installation. I asked him to check again which he did and they couldn't find the part number either as they don't carry parts under 2006

That's weird that they can't look up part numbers, although I have a picture when I first got the package with the side skirts and the part numbers the kits were, although I don't know how that could help you track down install instructions. Last year I had my dealer (Ramsey Infiniti) order me a trunk mat from the original accessory catalog. One thing about older cars is not everything is available still since I had to get one with the CD changer cutout because there weren't any without it anymore. I'd think the clips along the side skirts just push into the rocker panel (this is my assumption so I could be wrong). Wouldn't you just have to drill into the rocker panel, marking where the clips are? I'm just not certain on what size it would need to be, but I'm sure measuring the diameter of the clip would solve this. Definitely post up how those wheels turn out since I don't see too many A33s with changed wheels lately. Hell, maybe if you'd wanna get rid of your stock wheels reasonably I'd pick them up from you, just wouldn't know how much shipping from NE to NJ would be, or if you'd even want to part with them. I was thinking of plastidipping my grille black, since my RockAuto one got pretty beat up, until I get a new one in the spring, but I'm not positive if I wanna do it still.

That would be so tempting but I don't think I could bring myself to getting 19s for my car. Jersey roads would probably destroy them since it'll have to be such a low profile tires and the ride probably wouldn't be too good. I'm looking to use these Continental DWS tires as long as I can too so I'm probably just gonna stick with 17s on my car. Sucks that there's no need for staggered fitment on the I series, too, when pretty much all the G coupes were set up like that.

We'll some people put wider in front for more traction but don't blame you I wouldn't run them either. I'm still wanting wheels what would be the price on mine? No curb rash or brake dust??

It all depends. The I35 could be considered somewhat rare in area wither driving the prices for parts up because of demand or low so people can free up the space they take up. I see single I35 wheels on eBay going for anywhere from $100 to around $200, while local junkyards list for $80 to $150 on car-part.com. Obviously the junkyards don't factor in any shipping prices some listers may include in their price to show free shipping. If you'd consider selling them PM me anything, I don't want to keep clogging up your thread about finding OEM wheels with talk of buying your current ones lol
