So today I went to look at a i30t 2001 with 111k on it. And I asked the guy why so cheap and he said because of the small dents on the hood and on the back bumper... Why do y'all think it's soon cheap and should I buy it.

Too little information.

I suggest you look for a shop that can do a pre purchase inspection before you buy it for piece of mind if you can't or don't know what to look for yourself.

The I30t should be a great car if well taken care of with that few miles, but people manage to neglect cars sometimes.

The cars ac doesn't work it's come out like its trying to get cold but doesn't , the drivers seat is stuck, & the hood has some dents but that's about it

The fact that the AC wasn't disclosed in the original ad tells me there's more problems than he cares to tell the buyer about. He wants you to discover the problems. For example, not everyone would be smart enough to test the AC right in the middle of winter. You were. Getting the AC fixed could be very costly.

Have you run a Carfax or Autocheck?

Yea I ran one and it said the car was in 2 accidents and then yesterday when I went back to test drive it some more the service engine soon came on and I told him and he cleared it befor I could see wat was wrong and then when I opened the hood a lil bit of smoke from one of the pips came up. I think that's why it's 1700 he knows something is wrong and don't want to tell me

Real easy, get it checked out from a reputable mechanic. It could be easy fixes, and with knowing what's wrong with it just gives you more leverage to get it cheaper...
