I need a new key for my car, called nissan dealer, they sell the key for $80. I saw some on ebay, transponder keys for the i35. They informed me that infiniti has to program the key But I dont know how much that cost. Could I just buy the transponder key from ebay and just pay to get it programmed?

Some locksmiths may be able to program it as well.

Thanks for the response man! Great to know that, Dont want to spend $200 on a key lol. Ill get the one off ebay and let the dealership program it.

I bought a key for my I35 off ebay for less than $10 and took it to my local Ace hardware where they programmed it for $20. It works perfect and I am happy.

wow that is good to hear! about to order another key now, we have an ace hardware here, ill have to see if they can program it or not.
