Trying to hard wire in a after market radio. Need help identifying the speaker wires.

on page EL-131 is the speaker wire diagram

 

Also try to find a harness adapter so you dont have to cut into the factory harness. This helps if you need to put it back to stock for whatever reason

You also need the antenna adapter

Also If you want to keep the factory Bose speakers you should get this to avoid popping and base issues on these cars because the speaker amps and speakers are not standard
