I am having a hell of a time. I guess the part I need is called a door check. Stops door from swinging open. My question is where do I buy them at. I can't seem to find them anywhere.
i have check the local part stores/ dealerships, carparts.com, rockauto.com, and parts geek. All with no luck.
Please help

Your other option is to go to the scrap yard and pull one off a used car, maxima i30 will be the exact same part, might be the same on other models too, should be easy enough to find, I would start by removing the broken one so you can compare.

that one is over 50$ but a little research you can find ones that look identical for versas and sentras for as little as 10$
The only way to tell if they fit would be to remove a bunch of them from the junk yard and compare with yours.
