I originally bought the maxima suspension in order to replace my broken one, and needed it that weekend. He said I'd have it that weekend if I had paypal'd him - which I did. He didn't say anything about waiting for payment to clear or anything of the sort.
Anyway, long story short, he is very bad about communication, and ended up delaying me a total of 3 weeks while I've been riding on a broken suspension. At the very best, the one week delay is understandable, but he should have said something about waiting for payment to clear, but the next 2 weeks is ridiculous.
