October 2009 Maxima of the Month
I'm sorry to hear that man RIP, you did a great job on your car. I have never seen a Max run 12's but i would've loved to. I did'nt know you personally, but god bless you and we know you will be looking down us and keeping the hopes and dreams alive of the org......
Some times we really wonder why such things happen to such good people. But then we can never understand how God works.
We just thank GOD for the wonderful life he gave Kevin and for the wonderful family he had and all his friends here on the org and elsewhere.
I don't know him, but can't help to say may his soul rest in perfect peace and may God provide his family the strength to go through this period of sadness and grief.
He will be remembered and missed by well-wishers, friends, and his loving family.
Kevin, REST IN PEACE............., till we meet in heaven.

I really was in shock after getting the call that Kevin had passed. I spoke with him a couple weeks ago. Though he didn't seem to be the same upbeat person I was accustomed to, I didn't suspect something like this was going on in his life.
He did say that he was working on a project with his wife, but I still thought it strange that he hadn't been back to the track in a while.
Those that know him know that he was ALWAYS at the track. I intended on calling him last weekend but didn't get around to it...
Needless to say, I'm in total shock.
Like many of you have already said...
RIP buddy. You're in a better place now.

Like most, I've talked to Kevin a few times (over PM's and email, for the most part) in the past. He was one of the first brotha's I ran across that actually had as much of a passion for Maximas as I do. He was never antagonistic, and always cool to talk to. Although he was on the East coast and I on the West coast, our mutual love for Maximas - and Nissan's in general - brought us as close as if we were TRUE blood brothers.
Maxima.org has lost one of it's true visionaries. I'm sure all can agree that words pale to express how much of an impact he's made on various people here and in his personal life away from the 'net.
Heaven's called you home, brother. Suffer no more. Keep a light on, Kevin... I'm sure we'll do the same.

I'm a noob here, didn't know Kevin, but I've read the stories about him and I have to say...just from what you guys have written seems I missed out on a great guy and many of you are very fortunate to have known him.
RIP homie
RIP homie
I did not know Kevin, but obviously he had a lot of friends, so he sounds like a good guy!. I have say though, that is a gorgeous color on his car--wish Nissan would use it instead of their Tuscan Red! R.I.P., Kevin.
