My brother has a 90 legacy sedan A/T with 147k in very good condition...I'll ask him if he wants to trade...

 

nah, an X/C is out of my budget. the X/C series didn't come until later
if the legacy is AWD and in good shape I'd consider it.

Found a 93 STS for $500 and I know the guy. just put a tranny in it and now he bought an excursion.
I'm gonna buy it eventually.
but I'd like to sell off the max, pay off a few people that I owe money too and buy the caddy.
