im in new jersey. looking for a 5 speed 4th gen. i really want a black on black SE 97-99 FED spec only NO CALI CARS. trying to spend around only 5,000 if possible a little more. i dont mind mod would prefer a car that is not swapped at all. I really need to replace my 3rd gen and i need something for a daily driver, no projects. gotta be able to get it inspected. thanks all
