This warranty also has $0 dollar deductible on all repairs. I spared no expense on this warranty to make sure this car stayed in optimal condition and it has.

* Roady-XT XM Radio (External Installation which can be cleanly removed, nothing
permanent)

* Car already hardwired for V1 or Passport Radar

* Front brakes installed 500 miles ago (Centric Rotors, Hawk HPS Pads) (Rear Brakes have about 70% pad life left)

* New Struts installed at 84k miles (OEM struts)

* New Clutch Installed @ 45k (Pretty sure this is OEM clutch, dealer installed as part of my purchase)

* Tires are BF Goodrich g-force sport and have about 60% tread left.

* Car has never been modified in any way other than installing XM which like I said is completely reversible

* Car has had oil changed every 5k miles with Mobil 1 5w-30 exclusively.

* Car has always run on premium gas.

* I am a diver, so many of these miles are interstate miles between Birmingham and Gulf.

* Car waxed every season with Klasse AIO and Klasse Sealent. Leather treated monthly with Lexol.

Things you may want to give attention to:

* Car does have some minor rock chips on hood and minor imperfections on other parts. Very minimal and does not take away from cleanness. You can see in picture of headlight a small chip repair done to hood.

* Right fog light is cracked from rock chips. Does not affect light output or pattern so I have never bothered to repair.

* Windshield does have a small chip in it that has been treated to stop spreading, but is visible. It is not in the line of sight and never bothered me so I never repaired it. Please see photos.

There is still a small lien on the car held at a local credit union here. Im not sure if it is best for me to pay it off before selling, or to settle the transaction there. The reason I think it might be better to settle the transaction there is that it would take some time for the Credit union to release title to me, and then for me to re-title the vehicle to you. I think if the transaction is settled at the credit union, they could automatically re-title it to you. I am comfortable working the transaction either way. This is the first time I have sold a car private party so please let me know if you have any insight into this process.

I am asking $12,900 for the car which includes the warranty. Will entertain any offer including trades including motorcycles.

The car sold last Friday to another .org'er. Glad to see it went to someone on here and I think that person has some plans for modding. Im sure he will chime in about it if he would like.

Phatmax, on the contrary, the car is super clean and of course that is hard to show in pics. I babied this thing so I think it was the perfect opportunity for someone to pick it up and know that the car has been under warranty, and will be under warranty for another 35k. Car has never had a mod either, aside from hardwiring a radar detector.

While I dont have a Max anymore, I must say I will be back visiting the forum. Tons of great guys on here who really contribute to this forum.

 

See...it was my mistake James..I read 125k, So i thought that was the current mileage. But as to it has and the extra 35k warrenty...that was a great buy....I also miss my maxima..But i will be gettin another 5th gen soon...

The car is sold to me. James is a great guy, very cool to negotiate with. I'm totally happy to commit to this deal.

I collaged together the money from all the resources I can get, to buy Jame's car. Same as he said, the car is super clean and in great condition for a 89k mile car. That ultimate protection warranty package made this deal great because it's like getting a new car from any import dealership down here, 36k miles bumper-to-bumper coverage counting now.

I have a set of Cattman Gen I headers, and I will install it asap. I will also buy the technosquare ecu program to give it some extra "umph". Lastly, I'll replace the Navi-system with an aftermarket pioneer one because I really didn't like the stock Navi. This is all I'll ever do to this car aside from some major sound works.
