The good:
5sp
Everything is functional like clock, heated side mirrors, leather, moonroof.
Riding on 4th gen sawblades
Also throwing in stock tires

The bad:
VTC clack once in a while
Minor Power Steering leak from a hose
Some rust and body damge...the car was purchased as is from previous owner.

Car is fun to drive, selling it for financial reasons, and room.
