Hey, like the title says. I have a little less than $1000 and am looking for a solid 3rd gen to use as a second car. Has to be mechanically sound, so I don't want to do major repairs for awhile on it. I'm fine with replacing a damaged fender or body panels, and a shoddy interior is OKAY, i guess. So long as the motor, trans, brakes, suspension, and exhaust are solid and there's not a huge amount of rust I think it should be fine. Hope someone can help me out. I'm in the chicagoland area, so shoot me a PM or post here if you have anything, even if it's not a MAXIMA.
