FS/WTT: 2001 BMW 325xi All Wheel Drive w/ 81,xxx - Manual/Stick - NYC

The car is located in Queens, NY every night and on the weekends. During the day it can be seen in the Long Island, NY area.

I am not setting a price for it as I'm getting very mix ranges from several sites and people. I will accept the first reasonable offer for it.

Year: 2001
Model: 325xi - All Wheel Drive
Transmission: Manual
Mileage: 81,XXXX
Exterior Color: Dark Blue
Interior Color & Material: Beige/Leather
Factory Packages and Options: Standard Model with BMW Homelink
Aftermarket Parts: N/A - Just the rear trunk lip spoiler
Interior Condition: Great - back seats look barely touched and driver's seat is normal wear.
Exterior Condition: Really good, paint still shines. Two scratches on the passenger side doors, very thin line about 6 inches long. I attempted to use the BMW touch-up kit to repair one of the scratches, didn't exactly come out too good or bad. But it's not horrible at all. According to my local car wash place, it just needs to be buffed out.
Mechanical: No problems what so ever, except for changing both Front Axles, Camshaft Sensors and Thermostat, have receipts and warranty for it. Other than that, nothing except regular oil-changes using Synthetic only.

I want to keep this as simple as possible and prefer a straight-up exchange with no $$$. However, if your car is worth more or the other way around, then we can talk.

These are the cars I'm looking to trade for, must be STICK/MANUAL TRANSMISSION (I can't drive automatic) and min. yr. 2002:
Audi A4 - All Wheel Drive Only
Nissan Maxima
Nissan Altima - V6 Only
Mazda6 - Mazda 6 - V6 Only
Mazda3 - Mazda 3 with the 2.3 engine
Honda Accord - V6 Only

*I would consider others, just can't think of them off the top of my head*

These are the pictures I have of the car, if you want to see anything in particular. Please let me know and I'll take more pictures.

I check my e-mail throughout the day, so you will receive a quick response.

Thanks!

The other thread was too old, plus I added more pictures and new info about the most recent work done.

Also, the car is for sale now.

i know... i woulda garaged it for a few months... (im a bmw fanboy) and really like the idea of owning an XI 3 series... my dad bought a 540 6sp and ever since.. iv envied the company... and iv driven a couple 3 series n loved it.

and plus when i updated my thread about my condition with my arm.... i wasnt able to move my arm AT ALL.... about 3 weeks has passed... im gaining some range of motion..... i attempted to drive my max... i couldnt move the shoulder at all... had to shift with my wrist/elbow.... but slowly but surely its recovering... 3-4 months total time....

and for the getting my car up to NY... i would of had a friend or family member accompany me...
