My friend has a brand new, fresh-off-the-dealer's-lot, 2007 Maxima 3.5 SL with ALL available options up for sale.

It has precisely 78 miles on it (yes, 78.....22 less than 100) and is still covered under the Nissan warranty with a clean Florida title.

It has a grey exterior with black leather interior and comes with:

- Sunroof
- The "Elite" package (rear center console)
- Full Navigation Systems and Display
- V.D.C. (Vehicle Dynamic Control)
- Plug-n-Play Blue Tooth Capability
- Brand New Tires
- Retractable Rear Power Sunshade (part of the Elite package)

and, of course, the obvious:

- Power Everything
- Cruise Control
- Remote Entry
- Keyless Ignition
- Dual Front Airbags
- Dual Side Airbags
- Heated Seats
- CD Player
- Power Rear View Mirror
- All original manuals, booklets and paperwork. etc. etc.

The seller is a Service Advisor at Nissan of Fort Pierce named Scott.
He has been in the car scene for a while, and has an outstanding reputation on ModularFords.com and ModularDepot.com, but asked me to put this up for sale on the Maxima forums.

I have seen this car and can vouch for the fact that is nearly flawless - a sharp and classy looking car combined with Nissan's legendary reliability.
The leather interior with the Elite Package is about as nice as it gets.

You can contact me via PM or email (herbkills@yahoo.com) to request Scott's cell phone number.
The car is located in Fort Pierce, Florida.

The factory sticker price for an 07 SL with these options is $35,850.
SCOTT'S ASKING PRICE IS $28,000.

Here are the pictures:

an opportunity presented itself and he took it. no - nothing is wrong with the car. it has a clean title and less than 100 miles on it.

with all the money youd be saving, you could fly to FL and drive home and have yourself a brand new 6th gen for under 30 grand.

All right. I'll try to post the story again for the third time so everyone understands the deal on the car. This is a test post. Story to follow.

OK that worked. The other two times I tried posting the info on the car, the site wouldn't post it for some reason. I think it took so long that I got logged off. IDK.
To start off, I'm a service writer at Nissan of Ft. Pierce. One day I got a call from a woman saying she lost her keys and wanted to have the car towed in and have a key cut for the car. She also wanted to find out how much the dealership would give her for it because she doesn't even drive anymore. So she tows it in and the tow truck driver tells me that the car was purchased a year ago by this 90 something year old woman for some guy with the understanding that he would make payments to her. He up and vanished like a fart in the wind and left the car in her garage with 25 miles on it. So there it sat for a year.
To be cont'd.

i assure you this is legit. ive seen this car in person. ive driven it and sat in it and taken pictures.

the story is this:

a grandmother bought this car for her grandson (step) under the pretense he would make payments to her over time to eventually fully own the car.

after about 2 weeks, he left FL to move to CA and took the keys with him, not responding to her inquiries over the subsequent year.
so for that whole year, this car sat LOCKED in her garage (because she didnt have keys) till one day she called Scott at Nissan of Fort Pierce, FL to ask about having a key made. When she was in for that service visit, she decided to sell the car to Scott for a fraction of the sticker price because she is elderly and barely able to drive her Buick.

Hence, now the car is available to you, WITH KEYS AND TITLE, for almost 10 grand off factory/lot sticker price.

if this doesnt make sense to you now, i dont know what else to say.....

It is legit, but absolutely do not just take my word for it. Call the DHSMV in Tallahassee. You'll see that there are no leins on the car. I didn't take a 90 something year old ladies word for it, and you shouldn't just take mine. I called Tallahasse, I ran an Autocheck (same as Carfax but it's what our dealership uses) to make sure there was nothing fishy going on as well, I ran it past the finance dept and my title clerk. Hell, I even brought my title clerk with me to notarize the bill of sale! Always do your homework when making a big purchase like this.

This looks like a good deal, but this story seems a bit strange.

its idling at 1200 because it was just started, to show that the car was just started, the temp gauge still reads engine is cold. thats what the questions/replies meant.
