I'm listing more problem that I forgot about when I posted this thread. I don't want new owner to think I scammed him, because I forgot to state them on the list. So here are some more.
-A/C compressor was took out from the car due to Hotshot headers. Because I'm using 02-03 Headers, you'll need to move O2 sensor bung if you want to have A/C. I do have A/C compressor and bolts with me.
-A/C Condensor need to be replaced because it's leaking.
-Passenger side rear tire has small air leak because it has a small nail in it.
-Occasionally, clutch makes noise when engaging in 1st. Not a drivabilty issue. I don't know what it is, haven't had time to drop tranny to take a look at it.
-Coilovers are damper adjustable, but for some reason, driver side front is broken and you can't adjust it.
I will update with more problems if I find any.
I posted gauging interest post while ago, but now it's officially for sale.

-Addco Rear Sway Bar
-18x7.5 Rims with 235/40/18 tire with more than 75% tread left.
-18x8.0 2004 Maxima OEM rims w/o tires
-Cefiro headlight with E46 Bixenon projectors retrofitted.
-CF hood(not mounted on the car)
-IACV Adapter plate installed, but vacuum line is not connected.
I haven't had any chance to dyno this car, but I'm guessing it's around 230-240 whp so it's basically faster than most of stock import cars. I've raced and beat Stock 350z, S2k CR, Evo, STI, Mustang GT and many others. it runs great but it needs some body work and mechanical repair.
-front bumper and bumper holding fixture needs to be replaced
-front fenders need to be replaced
-hood needs to be replaced
-rear bumper needs to be replaced
-Tranny mount needs to be replaced
-Oil leak need to be fixed
-trunk key hole need to be shaved or replace trunk.
-center dash need to be fixed, but I have all the parts to repair. You just need to buy screw for them
-windshield needs to be replaced.
-passenger side HID ignitor needs to be replced (BMW E46 Ignitor)
-Wheel bearings need to be replaced
that's all I can come up with right now. I'm willing to let it go for really cheap. motor swap itself costed me over $1500 in parts. All the repairs shouldn't cost more than $2000. I really need to get rid of her, so I'm selling it real cheap.

guys, wheel bearing isn't too bad. It's making grinding noise, but you should be able to drive back to your home. It just started to make noise, so you're good to drive it for a while. but I would recommend replacing wheel bearings ASAP.
juani, why are you selling? looks aside, u've got an awesome ride there. if the thing would pass smog, i would seriously think about it.

and there's always places that will do special smogs for special price

if the car doesn't sell until end of this year, I might keep her and make it a track car.
