Edit: Decided to keep the car... no longer for sale
  • Sterling Mist Silver exterior
  • Black full leather interior (seats, door inserts, dash, etc)
  • 5-speed manual transmission
  • BOSE sound system
  • Sunroof/Moonroof
  • Power everything (door locks, windows, mirrors, antenna, driver/passenger seats, sunroof)
  • Keyless entry/security system
  • Auto climate control
  • All other standard options: A/C, cruise control, tilt wheel, dual airbags, etc.
I am the second owner of this car. It was originally from Dallas, Texas, and the first owner took real good care of it, until I bought it in May of 2006. I bought it with 115k miles, and now it has around 142k miles. Here is the maintenance and repairs that I did since I got the vehicle (receipts for all the parts are available):
  • 120k mile service (May 06)
    o Tightened throttle cable
    o Cleaned the throttle body
    o Reset ECU
    o Replaced fuel filter
    o Replaced spark plugs
    o Replaced PCV valve
    o Changed transmission fluid
  • Replaced front brake rotors, and both front/rear brake pads (May 06)
  • Replaced engine knock sensor (December 06)
  • Replaced battery (March 07)
  • Cleaned the engine with Auto-RX engine treatment, full 2 phase process - and since then, changed the oil with Mobil 1 Synthetic every 6,000 miles. I also ran SeaFoam cleaner through the intake manifold to clean out the intake, valves, and combustion chambers.
I also installed a few aftermarket parts on the car:
  • K&N air filter in the stock air box, with custom intake piping
  • Stainless steel Y-pipe
  • Front strut brace
  • Nismo short-throw shifter
  • Panasonic MP3 player
  • 18" Murano 5-spoke wheels with 225/40/18 tires
The car is mechanically in perfect shape, it needs nothing as it sits. It passes smog without any problems, has no leaks, doesn't burn any oil, no Check Engine light, anything like that. All electronic components such as the sunroof, power antenna, power seats, and auto climate controls work fine as well. The exterior has no dents or scratches other than the typical road use on any car of this age. The paint is nice and shiny, and the clearcoat is in good condition, other than a couple of minor dings, but no dents. The interior is in great shape, the black leather doesn't have any cracks in it, and there are no rips or tears anywhere.

I have a clean Nevada title in my name, it's paid off, and I'm a private party - so there will be no sales tax or any extra kind of fees. For Nevada owners, there is no sales tax when you go to register the car. I know what KBB, Edmunds, and NADA prices are, and I also know that this Maxima is in immaculate shape, and the particular options it has are hard to find - it took me a few months to find the one I wanted. All the maintenance is done and I'm confident it will not need any major work aside from routine maintenance (oil changes, etc). I'm not in a rush to sell, so I'm pretty firm on my asking price. I can deliver to the SoCal area or possibly even further, depending on the details.

Pictures coming soon. I also might have a full Stillen body kit, painted to match, to go with the car if the price is right.
