Good luck. I'm in the same boat, just in a different place (Richmond, Virginia). The few that I have come across have been turds! I'm going to look at one today here in Richmond that is an auto (we want a 5 speed) and red (I want black, wife wants red).

I currently have a 1992 Maxima SE I would be interested in selling. It's red with about 154k miles on it. Pretty good condition, just got the windows tinted and new tires. There are some scratches on the paint on the rear but for the most part it is in good exterior condition. There are some minor tears on the leather seats on the inside but nothing too bad.
