WANT TO TRADE: 99 MAXIMA FOR...

I have a 99 Nissan Maxima in excellent condition. Looking to trade for a MANUAL TRANS Maxima, any year 95 and on will do, in good condition with no higher than 145-155K. Car has only had 2 owners, my mom (very safe driver), and then me. Details of my Max are below.

PERFORMANCE:
-Warpspeed Y-pipe
-NWP Engineering Phenolic Thermal Intake spacers
-Injen Cold air intake (with hydroshield on filter)
-NGK Laser Iridium Spark plugs
-Brand new knock sensor
-New EGR and LIM gaskets
-New interstate battery
-New fuel filter
-Mobil 1 Synthetic Oil changes every 5,000 miles since birth
-Seafoam into intake, gas tank, and engine oil, seafoam done every other oil change

EXTERIOR:

-Brand new one piece Euro headlights, clear
-Clear Generation 1 altezza tail lights
-Clear bumper / turn signal lights
-New foglights (tied into headlights so they're on whenever headlights are on, but not high beams)
-16 inch rims
-New rotors with ceramic break pads
-Mudguards
-Chrome fender trim / chrome door edging (all removable)
-Vent visors around all windows with chrome edging (edging also removable)
-15% tint all around
-Rear spoiler with LED strip

INSIDE OF CAR:

-Black painted carpet (original was beige)
-Black painted headliner (original was beige)
-Black leather seat swap (original was beige) / Both front seats are power
-Black door panels with black leather door inserts
-Chrome interior Infinito I30 door handles
-Carbon fiber dash kit (partial)
-Original beige window switches with carbon fiber kit over top
-Chrome floor mats
-Has a 96 center console / armrest, but I have a 99 center console which was dark tan in color that I painted black that can be swapped in
-Steering wheel, shifter, and the little button on the e-brake are dark tan in color

STUFF I GOT THAT I HAVEN'T INSTALLED YET:

-Chrome gauge cluster housing with chrome rings
-Insignia front speakers

...Probable forgetting some stuff. All in all the car is in excellent condition. It has almost 154K, had the car since it was brand new (first parents, then me). Hood has a few paint nicks on it and some scuff marks on the front bumper and bottom of rocker panels on each side (like every car, can't see scuffs or nicks unless you're inches away from it). Car drives fantastic always kept up with maintenance and safe driving. This is the maxima that will go to 300K no problems. Eventually you will need to replace the shocks / struts. I may be buying a new coilover set in the very near future, but wanna see what kind of responses I get first. Pics are available in my album in my profile, or I could send some different pics upon request.

wasn't too interested in getting a different trans and doing a swap though. was more interested in just trading straight up for a manual car of equal value. but lemme know if you know how to do a tranny swap and then if the price is right for the trans itself and for the work for the swap, maybe we can talk...

honestly I dont know how to do it. I could probably figure it out given a couple months. Look up some people in you region and see if anyone can give you a ball park on it.

The bold part was part of the OP before he changed it. You could infer that he either wants a manual tranny OR a maxima WITH a manual tranny. That is why I asked the question I did to clear up the slight possibility that someone might misunderstand what he wants.
