97 Maxima FS Iowa - Many Mods
For Sale my 97 Maxima. Been through a lot with this car.
Car got a new engine 3 years ago engine had about 50k on it when put in probably has close to or over 80k by now. New tranny was put in in june, had 110k on it. Maintanance up to date. Everything maintanance wise has been replaced. Literally. Just put a new Radiator Support Mount on it back in June as well. Original one rusted all to hell.
For Sale 1997 Nissan Maxima - Automatic.
Car has been in the family since 2000. Got it when I was 15 with 120k on it. now has 243,XXX miles. Still looks very healthy and runs strong.
I love this car has tons of value to me. But I'm looking for an 03 six speed, or an 04/05 350z.

Pearl White, Personally I think the car is in great condition for how many miles are on it. Still shines, Hood has a little trouble on it but not very noticeable, Hit a snow bank dodging a car last winter front two fenders crimpled in but people never notice it. Something I notice but bleh.
Suspension:
KYB AGX's No leaks No Problems about 20k on them.
Custom Intrax Springs - 1.8" Drop in front, 1.6" in back, although might be a little lower or higher either way. No problems with these either. also about 20k on them.

Also comes with 4 stock hubbies with snow tires on them. - Snow tires have about 4 months of almost no abuse on them. Rarely drove the car in winter, Iowa winters suck) But it got around damn good.
Car has an IACV Delete, EGR Delete, and EVAP Delete.
The AC isn't hooked up, just by-passed. Never used it any way. The bearings in the pulley got bad and started to grind even when it wasn't on so I just got a smaller belt. etc.
One thing I'd suggest is buying new injectors, 2000 fuel injectors. You can find them used here relatively cheap. Junkyard anywhere. But mine are a little out of age. Car runs fine now, lots of corrosion on connectors was keeping it from running right. But it runs good they just are bad so it's something I'd suggest. It's not hesitating on acceleration or anything yet.
Also Very Rarely ever get or have gotten on this car, even with the mods. Yes obviously I take corners faster than most people. But I don't sit on the highway all day with the pedal to the floor. Car was almost NEVER raced, I'm sure MoncefA33 can vouch for that.
Like never launched the car, Car has never been to a track, or a drag strip. Mainly just mess around on back roads every now and then. typical. etc.
Car had been running bad for the last 6-7 months, so I've rarely driven it or when I have to and from work. Finally figured out the problem and it runs fine now. Like I said Injector Corrosion.
