FS/FT: 2002 Maxima newer engine/tranny
Well I got a motorcycle and a 240 now. Looking to get rid of the car payment. Willing to trade for a 4th gen and cash on top.
I still owe on the car, however once I have a buyer lined up I will pay the car off.
I bought this in 2008 when I came back from overseas at 70k, and have maintained it extremely well. It did burn oil at one point in time, hence the newer engine. Installed headers and a whole slew of other stuff which I recently parted out. Headers and Truax SFCs stay with the car.
ODO - 116k
Color - Nissan KT3 Silver
Engine - VQ35DE
Transmission - 4spd Automatic /w overdrive.
List of new(er) parts include:
New VQ35DE engine with 50k (at 105k) - work performed by Elite Autosport in Blaine, MN.
New Transmission with high performance shift kit 65k (at 113k) - work performed at Devoted Autoworks in White Bear Lake, MN
New valve covers (upgraded from 02-03 valve covers to 04-08 valve covers).
Power Steering Pump at 115k.
New front wheel bearings at 105k
Steering Gear rack at 115k
New ball joints at 112k.
Tie rod ends.
End links.
Blower Motor.
New plugs at 110k.
Newer axles
Oil changes with Amsoil full synthetic 5w30.
OBX V2 headers
Truax SFC
Features: Heated leather seats Bose sound system /w 6cd in dash 2 way memory seating Sunroof HID headlights MPG gauge in dash - roughly 24 city (with light foot) and up to 33mpg on freeway if cruise is set at 70.
Bad - few minor dings/dents and spot of rust that I cleaned up in the rear fender well, ready for paint. Nothing out of the ordinary for the age of the car.
Price is $5000/obo (price reflects maintenance that is done mainly engine/tranny) Possible partial trade for a 4th gen.
I will entertain trades as well.

In the pics with the g35 rims it looks like its lowered but not in the latest pics. Did you change the suspension on it or is that just the difference between the 19" g35 rims?
