SOLD!!!!


I have a very nice 2002 Nissan Maxima SE for sale. 3.5 V6, 6 speed manual, 115k miles on it, very well taken care of. Cloth interior, heated seats, heated steering wheel, power everything, sun roof, seats, windows, mirrors. Also done to the engine, cold air intake, aftermarket exhaust, aftermarket headers, intake spacers, VIA block off plate, BC Suspension(stock ones come with the sale!) and verified its hlsd. Black with legal tinted windows all the way around. Stock rims, and tires are about half way through their life, No rust or body issues, runs like a dream.

Oh yeah forgot to mention on the interstate driving around 85mph from New Jersey back to Nebraska, I got 31 mpg, amazing gas mileage for a car that can throw you back in your seat.

Books at 7k, I am selling this due to the baby we have coming. Cant really justify a machine like this anymore.
I have the stock suspension also, I cant put it one, but I have it and you can have it too!

UMMM NFW and if you don't know what that means... NO F'in' WAY I have Stillin Exhaust Injen intake (long tube) and drive about 70 MPH and squeeze a whopping 28mpg out of mine. If you are looking at your car calculator It is high at 3 miles per gal. There is no way you did it the right way dividing miles traveled by gallons used.

 

Then your right, I just used the cars internal calculator, it reads 31 mpg running 93 octane. I did about 1200 miles from New Jersey to Nebraska earlier in the year and it sat at 31mpg, my wife has driven for the last week or so around town and to work and she go 28mpg. Stock tires and rims, I figured the calculator was pretty accurate. Is there a write up or something on here about how the calculator is off? I never knew it was off, but your saying by 3mpg, I would like to read some more on this. Any other posts or writings you could point me to? On another note, I will be traveling to St Louis toward the end of the month, I will fill up and divide and see how far off this thing is.

 

i've received 30mpg more than once from a road trip of traveling 70mph or less. it is possible, so there's no need to knock this guys post...and my MPG was calculated

what's the current mileage?
and you could verify the lsd option by checking the VIN, there is a thread in here somewhere, but basically there should be H in the VIN if I remember properly.

Wow the ignorance is strong with this one. First off, it's Stillen, not Stillin. Second, you probably shouldn't brag about the worst intake made for the car. Finally, 30+ mpg is easily attainable with the 6MT. Personally done the math out to receive 31.1 mpg on my way to a meet in MD.

She's a nice car, the 6 speeds are harder to come by w/low mileage these days. Unfortunately she has cloth interior, she'd be perfect w/black leather interior. Good luck with sale.

put it on craigs list, i sold my loaded 02 with mods in 2 days...

 

Been in there for like 2 months, I have had 3 people send me emails like " a Maxima for 7k, your joking right?" Had it flagged a couple of times, so it got removed. Then I just put it back up.

 

wow thats what you call a motivated seller.... just look at the details and explanation on the picture gallery...
don't worry I am sure someone will buy it... but also keep in mind that car with mods is extremely hard to sell most of the time people look at it and think that it was abused.. also people who are into modding car prefer to mod the car themselves.. to the average buyer a lowered car is a disaster waiting to happen.. but as I said I am sure someone will like it the way she sits and will make you an offer...

wow, that sucks. i sold mine for more than that and it never got flagged. then again, it was only up for 2 days either way, nice car, clean 6spds are hard to come by, esp with the hlsd..

I've been looking for a car like yours for a while. I'm just working on getting my tax return so I can get something. Wish it were Silver but looks like it could use a paint job anyway. I definitely like the cloth seats, Meridian Package, and HLSD 6spd. I would fly up and drive it down if I can get the financing. Is the car still wired for a system? Thanks.

Finally...SOLD!!!! Got what I needed out of it, and it was a local sale to a guy that will appreciate it. (And maybe in a couple of years, if hes bored of it, sell it back to me, idk.. he did say that I would get first dibs if he ever sold it)
