FS: 2002 Nissan Maxima SE - 6 speed
This is my old turbo car. I purchased another 5.5 gen and parted all of the turbo stuff off this car. I am in the process of getting a few parts and putting the exhaust components on the car, but I need money for my son's medical bills and am contemplating selling the car as is fairly cheap.
2002 Nissan Maxima SE
Transmission: 6 speed
Base model
Sunroof
Frost Cloth Interior
Exterior:
-5/10
-Passenger side rear wheel well has rust issue
-Driver's side front fender is slightly misaligned
-Two ding at the corners of the sunroof
-Front bumper has typical rock chips
-Rear bumper needs to be repainted
-Hood has rock chips and scratch down the middle
As far as I know the title is clean. The previous owner is resposible for all of the damage to the car. I bought it as a project car and had plans to get all of the body issues fixed, but do not have the time.
Interior
9/10
No tears in seats
Carpet is fairly clean
Has Altima SE-R shift **** (bought new from Nissan 6 months ago)
Engine/Transmission:
-VQ35 with 38,xxx miles on it with ARP Rod Bolts
-NWP Block plate
-EClutchmasters Stage 3 clutch with under 3,000 miles on it
-New Alternator and Belt installed less than 300 miles ago
-New Starter installed less than 1,000 miles ago
-New Battery 4 months ago
-OBX Headers (not installed)
-Front Rotors and Pads with under 2,000 miles on them
As the car sits, it has needs headers, cat, and catback exhaust installed. It needs rear rotors and pads. There is the typical radiator sore support rust, but nothing that needs immediate attention. It also needs a VIAS solenoid and MAF (missing IAT) and 02 sensors, which I will replace before the car is sold if I get my asking price.
I do have a custom 3" exhaust off my new car that I can provide with the sale of the car.
The car is just sitting and like I said, I have my son's medical bills to take care of.
AS IS PRICE: $3000
Best way to get in touch with me is by call/text at 774-313-7191. I left the keys in my other car, which is at a shop until Monday so I will get interior pictures then.
Here are exterior pictures. No...the rims and exhaust pictured do not come with the car. I will include the rims if you want to add $800 to the price. I understand the car is incredibly dirty. I will be putting the front bumper on this week and moving it out of the garage to clean it off.

I know it sucks. Like I said the price is negotiable. Tell him to shoot me a text so we can talk. 774-313-7191. I have Triple A, so I can always get the car towed to his house as long as he is withing 100 miles of me.

As it sits currently it would have to towed because there is no exhaust on it or anything? And I don't mean a catback exhaust, I mean the headers are not on the car.

Ok, I am getting a lot of questions/comments on the rust on that wheel well. The car is completely driveable with that rust. I drove the car to work, 70 miles roundtrip, everyday for 6 weeks with 18x10 rims with a +22 offset with that rust. Should it be fixed before it gets worse? Yes. Could you come and get the car and drive it around for a little bit? Sure.

Ok, I need money and do not have the time to put the car back together. I am thinking of just parting the car out. So unless someone wants to give me $2000 for the entire car as is, it will be parted out.
