SES light is on. Per Autozone it is a vacuum leak (IMO does not affect drivability)
Driver's has small side tear in leather

Any rust anywhere on the car? Rad support? Im in NH but would fly down for the right car.. Any other issues at all?

 

One small rust line on roof by drivers front door.
No other issue other than ses light as posted.
minor oil consumption between oil changes....no leak of any kind
