I was looking around on craiglist and boy.. this RED SE limited looks brand new.. anyone in rockford can get your hands on this car... 181k miles on it. $2800 he says. even though he posted it 15 days ago, it still is for sale. he re-posted again as of july 19th.

It has 181k.. The body and interior is clean.. Has to be taken Care of.. Maybe just needs a little work under the hood? Who knows but heck that car is clean !

It sure does suck, but I applaud the current seller being a stand up person and informing others of the underlying issues
Whether the other seller knew of the rot or not, its sad that such a nice looking max could be damaged from within. Heck, I considered buying it.

 

If I win the lotto this weekend Ill give that guy $5k for the car I hate when people are dishonest

 

It's most likely the rad support rusting out, and the current owners might be overwhelmed by how it's looking psychically,

 

wow, I'm surprised... the paint, body and interior is in new condition pretty much, but has frame issues and exhaust.. Someone has to fix the frame issue, How much is it for frame work??

they cannot let this car go to junk, its just in real good condition and rare to get rid of..for $1200 thats a STEAL! someone can fix everything for $1000-1600 my guess.

Pictures are often very deceiving. I bet that thing is a rust bucket underneath.

Rust takes lots of cars. The only special thing about this Maxima is the paint color. Other than that, SEL's are everywhere.

 

you could'nt even see the rust on my 95 unless you got underneath and looked at it. i did the front rad support, and whole new right rear quarter panel including wheel well. rust is starting to come back a little already. i have 2 little holes in the passenger rear which a local garage said, " that probably will need a whole new floor section to pass inspection" that was 2 years ago!!
