I have had this car for going on 15 years and it was my daily driver for about 7 of those years. I had purchased another car about 8 years ago and this one went in the garage. When it went into the garage it did have a small brake leak but nothing that topping up the system about once a month didn’t solve. I had hopes of getting the few things fixed up and taking it out occasionally. Well we all know life happens and it sat garaged for about 8 years. I have changed the oil, put in fresh gas with fuel stabilizer and the vehicle started right up and runs solid. I have driven it a few miles around my neighborhood but that is about it. The brakes need to be bled, they do stop the car but are not fantastic. The front tires were purchased a few months before it was garaged so they have plenty of tread but are older.
I have videos of the car running as well as the power antennae working, the door keypad working and keyless entry working. The car has a fantastic body and paint for being 30 years old. It does have a few blemishes in the paint but a good clay bar and wax would get the paint from 90% to 98%. It is extremely straight and looks great, no accidents minus a friends mom scraping the rear passenger door while backing up.
It does also have 20% tint all the way around that was put on professionally about 13 years ago and has not faded or bubbled at all and still looks very sharp.
The Good:
Full service records Second Owner Interior is mostly flawless Fantastic body with little rust Very straight body only a few dings and scratches Engine runs strong but does need (1) new injector Runs and drives, but needs some brake work and small engine work Professionally tinted Great paint and no clear fading anywhere been garaged for most of it’s life working power antennae
The Bad:
Needs (1) fuel injector (I believe the # 5 injector) Needs some brake line work but I never bothered with it since the leak was fairly slow Has some rust around the rear passenger wheel well Small tear in dash in front of driver. It has been there since before it was garaged and has not gotten any worse. Has a slight scrape down the right rear passenger door Will need a battery
