OFFICIAL MAXUS TRASH TALKING THREAD!!!
ran my 7thGen MULTIPLE (10 ?) times
The time slips ranged from 14.5-14.8 with a completely stock stock engine/ exhaust
I lost in the playoffs (3.5 all motor) by 0.05 seconds. My opponent had a far superior car but made it close by missing a shift. Thanks for giving me hope only to squash it when I picked up my slip

Any update on the bee sting (?)/ambulance victim?

When I got to the track, I arrived with 95 miles to empty. When I left, 34 miles to empty
at least, then add in the run after run after run. The engines just couldn't cool down at all. I had 9 runs for the day though my times remained consistent. Just before the competition, I touched my OEM intake tube and got a slight burn.

Sorry i didnt show, i was/am already in NY but i didnt have any of my maximas (Turbo 4th gen: My tuning device quit on my, 3rd gen: Girlfriend had it) So i was M.I.A but to the DMV crew- Ill bring the fight to your track Sometime in aug. but meanwhile Congrats on the W.
Who was running with the NWP Torque Link? Even though I didn't race at Maxus, my daily driving with this this thing makes me think an engine brace is an absolute must-have. And yet, just walking around and looking under hoods, I didn't see anyone with it... which is nuts. I must have simply missed the cars.
So if this was your first time drag racing with the torque link... what did you think?
