Okay so Maxus 2010 wasn't perfect... but are we really going to let it affect the future Maxus events? Are we all really not true Maxima enthusiasts? Was is REALLY that bad that you would sell your Maxima and buy a Honda?

It may be a bit too soon to start thinking about Maxus 2011... but is it really? As of now we don't have anyone who has stepped up to the plate and said that they'll organize Maxus 2011. Personally, I would hate to see a year without a Maxus. That's why I'm willing to step up and help again for Maxus 2011 despite the stress, hard work, and energy I spent on Maxus 2010. I'm just not going to allow it to ruin my enthusiasm for Maxus. I still love being able to see the new and old cars every year, getting new ideas for my Max, meeting everyone, and simply being a part of it all.

Is there anyone who is even remotely THINKING about hosting Maxus 2011? If not, to make it easier and to reduce costs, would any companies/organizations be willing to come together to help organize the event?

I say we start a petition asking for support for Maxus 2011 and send it to NWP Engineering, Redlinemax, Cattman, maybe even Nissan Sport! Maybe we can all start a fund raiser NOW where members can donate for Maxus 2011. All that would be required is a trusted Paypal account.

I'm not crazy... I'm just another hardcore Maxima enthusiast. I hope I'm not the last one left.

I'm with you I was at Maxus 2010 it wasn't all that bad, I hope 2011 will be better I know nothing of hosting events like this. I would like to help with maybe a website or something of sort

 

My vote would be DC/MD/VA area so that all the NE guys can still make it. Any further south and its a little far to make in one day. But to be fair, it should rotate to other parts of the country.

 

Once again...do not discuss about 2011 until you PM me with the idea.
