I am thinking of painting the grill body color and installing the chrome Nissan emblem on it.

Thanks... my wife loves it!

Yea that color is beautifuly, it suits more of a lexury look than the sporty look. Do the 2k2 conversion, tint the windows, and get some 18" OEM rims.

I don't understand the fascination with the chome taillights ... personally I like the '00-'01 SE black taillights the most (one of the many reasons I sought out an SE). The chomes do fit nicely with that particular color, though.

If she noticed the difference on the tails and like the looks of the 2k2/2k3 on the light colors than I am somewhat obligated to help her make her dream come true.

Thanks all.... I have considered the Gen 5.5 HIDs but don't want to worry about theft. No 18's... nada, nine, nope.... It is fine as is. Now... I have considered a set of nice riding drop springs and a light tint on the window but those will wait 'til I am done with the Masters degree.

Yeah, I agree. Swap out the headlights next. It makes the biggest difference.

A few more things I have done:
AE door sills --> love 'em!
Polk EX3500 Tweets --> decent cheap mod to the Bose and worth the $

I have consideres a set of drop springs for the front but don't want to sacrifice ride quality. Reading around here suggest
If you just want to even out the stance and improve handling a bit, you might consider H&R's on the front only. I've been running this setup for over a year on stock struts with no issues. It rides virtually identical to stock and the car feel much crisper and responsive on turns than stock. H-techs have gotten great reviews around here of late.
I would love to get a light tint on the windows along 2k2/2k3 SE 17's and HIDs. That would rock! Not sure when that will happen... School takes all my money....

I think I will paint the mud flaps this summer as I have paint (with flex agent) to fix a booboo on the bumper. I have even considered painting the grill but am nervous, even after all the pics on the org.

Also, I have since picked up a set of 16" SE wheels for winter tires.
