New pictures of my car w/new wheels (8 pictures)

Just some new pictures of my new touge factory wheels and i also got some oem fog lights. The wheels are 16" by 7.5" w/ a 22 offset in the front and 14 offset in the back wrapped in toyo proxes tpt's. I plan on getting a maxtuning front lip, blacking out my headlights, and some se tails when i get the money. Comments and advice are welcome. I'm sorry about the quality of the pictures, i was using my point and shoot camera.

Thanks, i got them from a 240 owner friend of mine, he never got a chance to put them on his car, they are brand new. They are drift wheels, even came with japanese instructions and a shirt that sais touge factory drift wheels. I guess you could say they are "JDM" haha. http://www.tougefactory.com I think you can get them from there. There are on some 240's with them in the gallery/customers section.

I like them but you should balck out the chrome accents if you are going to sport them, just my .02 cents.

Thanks guys, i appreciate the input. I really wanted a new look and i love my new wheels. I don't know why, I guess because it has a more aggressive look?

+1

There not really my cup of tea, but if they're lighter than stock than all the better! The offset on them looks good.

For some reason I like'm. Gives it a more aggressive look. Id have to agree that they look like some very good Auto-x wheels and tires. I think the thick tire adds to the aggressive look. Different! I like!

i think they look good up close, but seeing it far away looks like you're riding on steelies for some reason...overall, i think i would get them as well, because i'm sure they are light as hell, and like i said; up close they give the car a really aggressive stance! nice choice!

EDIT: btw, does the car ride a lot better over the smaller bumps because of the thicker sidewall?

Thanks, yes my 18's weighed so much more. I feel a little difference taking off,the steering feels lighter, but the main advantages are improved braking and gas mileage. What kind of wheels did you get or are you getting?

Edit: yes i just noticed that today. The ride is a lot smoother. The bumps i used to fear are no long obstacles.

Yeah they sure do look too small. So do you race often? If so then it's perfect for you with saving some weight. IF not then in my opinion you should've get 18s or 19s. I sure don't realy like the look off all that extra rubber, but if you like it that way it's all good.

roggeezy- they are 18's and 8" wide. I don't have a set price yet. Pm if you are interested.

VIP - yes it is a lot of rubber. The ride comfort is a lot better than my 18's and the tires are cheaper.

amimaxima - i appreciate that comment. To each his own.

99grnmaxgxe-thanks, its grey lustre

shurik-No, i don't race a lot. I've taken my car to the track one time. I don't race on the street. My car is slow. This wheel/tire combo gives better ride quality and gas mileage. I had 18's, but i like these better. I appreciate the input.

Good pictures, but they don't do those wheels justice. Let's go on a photoshoot during this spring break.
