I like the paint but I would have gone with different wheels.... you have custom paint on but factory wheels.....I think it would look good with gunmetal wheels......JMO

it's actually factory paint just had it redone to fix a few spots and put the 02 bumper on and have the trunk smoothed

So fresh and so clean! Did you paint the sidemarkers that way or do they sell them like that?

Very nice. Green isn't my type of color. But I really like this paint job. They the paint looks it doesn't appear to look like the factory color.

thanks for the comments, the color is very close to the factory green, i did have the paint shop put a little bit more bronze pearl in it to lighten it up and i really really like it.

what's wrong with the G wheels? they look good on the car they fill out the wheel wells pretty good and they were cheap. i don't like to be flashy or anything that's one reason why i wanted a factory wheel. but to each their own and thanks for the compliments

XLCREW how much did it cost you to paint the car? Was it cheap with $$$, how's the quility of the paint job they did (seems like awsome to me), and did the shop did all the work like sanding, or you did half of it before panting process?'
My brother is looking for a shop to paint the whole car, and so far the cheapest he found is $2500 for the good one. Any suggestiongs?
Thanks.

hey sorry i missed your questions yesterday, i paid a very low price for this paint job. i know the painter and i did a lot of the work on the car. when i took the car in i took off everything, front bumper, lights, pretty everything that i could. then i did all the wet sanding on it. me and a buddy spent 3 days wetsanding to make it look the way it does. it's worth it. does your brother live here in OKC? and what is it that he wants painted? if you have any other questions let me know. i'll have more pics of it up on sunday. take it easy

No he's here in Tulsa, OK. The car he's painting is 2001 Acura TL, need to paint the whole car like you did. We already sanded the whole car, so it's just ready for the painting process.
The cheapest $2500 price he found so far is a paint job with a couple paint layers, and than with a couple layers of clear coat. Should be a good paint job $$$$, but he still thinks that's a little too much than he was looking for.

Well ok I'll be waiting for your new pics!!! Take care.

I really like that green. I've always been partial to the greens on Jaguars and Aston Martins (British Racing Green and variations). I agree with the others who say the wheels kind of stick out in a bad way. Gunmetal might be the best color to tie everything together.
