18s would have looked just that much better, but i do like how the bronze really pops off the white.

and i'm not really clear on what you did with the headlights. care to explain?

It actually gold. lol I was getting bronze but it was out of stock.

The headlights. Like you know the cefiro are solid black inside. Well I painted my headlights AE style then painted the clearance light black. It called a 2 piece cefiro clone mod because it looks like the cefiro lights.

They are 17s I dont want a larger size because they would weigh more. I prefer 17s for performance. I am gonna try to get into autocross next year.

IMO the 17's look great, not too big or small. Plus alot better than 18's and 19's performance wise.

are your tail lights stock? just wondering... seems like the tinted DTM mod would look sweet with the theme you have going on.

Yea they are rota boosts. As soon as I get my new wheel bearing in I will have some farther away shots.

No I have red/clear tails. I wanted to do the DTM mod but the fact I gotta crack open all 4 tails. I am actually thinking about just tinting the rear tails instead.

What is wrong with the coilovers? The fact you can see them through the wheel?

I'm not sure how I feel about the gold on white combo, but the car looks amazing overall, I'm a big fan. I say next time you go for 245/40s over 235/45s though.

Thanks for the comments guys. Keep them coming.

I went with 235/45 to keep my speedo the same. I really didnt want to offset my speedo.

Refering to the Cefiro clone mod that Digital came up with, how hard was it to take the lense off the corner light? I know the process, but how was it? Did it work really easy? or did you have any trouble? Just curious, I may do this sometime soon...

well I see you've done AE heads, well its a bit harder than that because the whole corner light casing gets soft after being in the oven, so you have to take care as to not bend or break anything. spray the inner housings; and clear coat if you want a better look. I didn't because I wanted it to match my AE heads so.. but yeah, and try to get the most discreet bulb you can, otherwise the bulb may throw it off a bit. those who have done it usually use a clear bulb in lieu of the amber.

the full write-up by Digital is on VQpower.com, under the 4th Gen DIY section.

yea Apparition about summed it up. Just when your prying it apart make sure you dont stick a screw driver in front of one of the notches like I did on accident and took a chunk out of the plastic cover. And dont leave them in the oven for a long time. They will melt compared to the headlights.
