Actually, Coolmax and I tried to do his car first but we couldn't break the bolts loose with just hand tools. Also there was not enough clearance underneath with just jack stands.

That's actually my reason too. I tried doing it about 1-2 months ago but couldn't get those lower, rear bolts free. Used my breaker bar, a pipe, impact wrench, pb blaster...nothing could get it to budge. I actually cracked an impact socket (but it was cheap) in the process.
