Thanks fella's... The tint used to be yellow but now it's smoked. The output isn't sacrificed at all.

I like your car a lot but to me it's a bit over done. Take the tint off the head lights (that can't be safe), lose the spoiler (wingless), lose the six shooter fogs and maybe get those all red LED tails and that would definitely be one of the nicest 5th gens out there (not that it isn't already) just my .02.

The tint is from Lamin-X.com The smoke film is light enough to not impede the output of stock.

The light output is straight, you might wanna upgrade the bulb though. That's what I did.

Got the fog lights at Advance Auto for $56.00 and the standard bulb that comes in it is a H3 if I remember correctly. I upgraded to a H3 bulb Piaa Super Plasma GT-X.

You can use any fog light set up you wan to. Just make sure and measure the opening and the correct size. For the 5.5 it is 3.5 / 4 inches in size which fits nicely. You'll have to pull the front bumper off and custom mount it.

Looks good, but the rear looks very busy compared to the front. Lose the wing, or get a front lip...or both

Front lip is coming... Hopefully Santa be Bull$hittn again this year.
Spoiler is here to stay. Unless I get the CF trunk that I want, again with Santa.
Rimz: I am saving the loot for some 19'' Axis Hiro's (Gunmetal).
If anyone cares to donate to the cause then pm me. Ha...

As far as running a hid kit with these fogs I don't know. I would think that It would be great however, I that is an assumption.

She has changed so many times it's ridiculous.

The blue lights that you see are LED's that I put in my headlights and fog light bumper opening.

I have since put them on a switch so it is all blue, no parking lights, fogs etc.

Great job on the engine bay! I'm really liking it. What type of paint or is it a powdercoat on the engibe cover, strut bar, etc?

The TB and IM were both primered and then painted with high temp gloss black paint. Then clear coated with Dupli Color Clear Effex. It gave it this charcoal / gunmetal look.

As far as the plastics are concerned, I primed and then painted them with Dupli Color Metal Specs. They only have like four choices from that paint but as you can see it lays nice. I am about to change it to this brilliant blue made by Dupli Color.

You can pick up all of these colors and clear at Pep Boys.

High Temp Primer ( Must need )
High Temp Gloss Black ( TB and IM )
Dupli Color Metal Spec ( your choice of Color )
Dupli Color Clear Effex ( Clear Coat )

Yeah it's definitely best that you do it in the summer so the paint cures correctly. Unless you have a heated garage with exhaust?

Thanks again to everyone. If there is any question then by all means ask. If you live around my way or are coming through then I'll be more then happy to help you guys out.

I've done a lot more to the Max then what is in the pics. I've converted the interior from all frost to Black and Charcoal. Headliner, Rear Deck lid, floor carpet, etc. A million and one things. Just let me know and I'll let you know if I can help.

Na... I didn't want to do something so permanent. It is Static Cling tint that you can get from Pep Boys. It's located in the Tint section and comes in a black and purple box. Mad cheap for like 6.00 bucks and it's enough to do everything. It works great on a flat surface but, it's $hit on anything with curves.

did you open up your tails to put the tint on or can it be applied on the outside like the lamin-x you used on your headlights?

It's applied on the outside like the Lamin-X. The only difference is that it doesn't have the sticky on it. It can be removed and re-applied as many times as you want.

I love how you take criticism lol

I used to HATE your car with passion, but since it's been looking better and better (minus the wing). You've got some original stuff going on there, love the fogs and the overlays on the tails and headlights.

I also LOVE your engine bay, leave it orange... its very original.

Any performance mods?

They came out pretty good. The one I took of your ride is better than the one you took of mine....figures. Photoshop not too ugly.
