offset is 40 and tire size is 245/35/20

Cool, thanks! Do the wheels stick out any of the fender wells? Are there any rubbing problems? Also how big is the lip?

not sure how big the lip is but they almost sit flush with the fender, no rubbing
issues while turning wheel all the way and when i have people in the back. i slightly rolled the fenders as well.

Those wheels look great, but IMO they would look better in 19s or 18s. It must be the resize, but the new pic does look like a photoshop job.

not too bad i think they look good, but I actually like the Murano's better...either setup is nice tho
