5.5 gen before and after pics

EDIT: NEW PICS AS OF 4/2/07 ADDED!

Sup everyone. Prior to today I only had the Stillen rear and front pieces. The sides were installed this morning. To be honest, I suggest that those of you who have a nice low drop with the front and rear Stillen pieces to NOT get the Stillen sides. It wont look too different if you already have the stock 5.5 gen factory skirts. But thats my view on it. I have a moderate drop and the difference is still not that noticeable. I think it looks noticeable when you have the 4X4 look hahaha. Well here it is:

Pic of when I first got the car in Aug 2006:

Heres a pic of the interior just for the hell of it:

Nice looking car...

I like both, but decided to go with the 5.5 Gen Factory side skirts after I had the Stillen sides for a while. I feel like they flow better and keeping the front mud guard helps the height transition from the front stillen lip to the sides..to each his own tho...

I think the ultimate reason i swapped was because the paint match wasn't that close with the stillen sides whereas when I got the 5.5 factory sides it was near perfect and looked cleaner on my car.

Kruppa, we have the same exact drop. Htechs up front and H&Rs in the rear. I have illuminas too. Hows the ride? Honestly, mine is still bumpy. Its set on 2 all around. Whats your's set on?..for some reason your's looks lower than mine...

Oh yeah, I didn't notice...a few of us on here have it. I have mine set at 2F/2R like you...the ride is okay now with my 215/55/17 winter tires, but it definitely is less forgiving with my 235/40/18 summer setup...My dad has a 330xi with the run flat low profile tires and I would say the shock factor over bumps is pretty comparable...altho a BMW obviously rides a million times better than a Nissan...I'm not too disappointed with the ride it gives...I've only had it mentioned by one person in the two years I've been driving people in this setup but the ride is all in comparison to what else you've experienced...my sis just got an 06 altima and I absolutely love driving on the stock setup because it's so smooth, but mine looks a lot better.

As far as the ride height goes, i know everybody says they settle after a few thousand miles max but I know mine has settled more over the past year than it did initially after a few thousand miles. It seems to change constantly every day, plus I have much less gap in the winter due to my larger profile tire...in the pictures on my cardomain I usually take pictures in good lighting and sometimes on slight slopes (as in my sig pic) that make the gap look a little smaller than it actually is (my secret's out ) so maybe that is why.

Nice looking 5.5 gen...I just do not agree with the eyelids over the headlights. Also why would you add a sunroof visor when your car did not originally come with one?

thats like asking why I would add the Stillen bodykit when the car did not originally come with it. Imo it adds aesthetic value and I like it

Thats fine...I just wish that mine never came with one, and it always seems like most people try and remove them, not put them on, when they buy the car.I like your car and someday hope to upgrade to a 5.5 gen. Not everybody agrees with everything, but it is a nice ride.

Your bodykit color is mismatched. It is noticeable.

Just noticed, your rear lip seems to have gaps in the center. Did you use the double sided tape?
