That's quite a difference in products... I wouldn't waste your time/money on H&R. They barely even drop the car enough to notice, I would just leave it stock or pick a different spring instead. If you plan on doing coilovers I would do some research on different coilovers, it seems if you are looking at H&R you are concerned about ride quality and teins are probably some of the harshest.

I know a couple of I35 drivers/members of this org who have this setup (h&r's on front + Illuminas all around) and yeah, is the most comfortable spring/shock setup for this ride. I know the drop is only 1.4' with this spring but will sure make that HUGE/HORRIBLE front gap dissapear.Originally Posted by sooner02r1

At least will make the car look even to the back stock suspension which I like.

Yeah I understand wanting a mild drop and good ride. I was just throwing in my .02 as I have gone through a couple of spring combos and now am wanting coilovers so I can drop it as far as I want. I started out with maxspeeds and felt there was still too much fender gap. I wish I had just done coilovers from the beginning.
Not bad. Are they supposed to be OZ suppraleggra copies or something?

If i'm not mistaken, the teins are about the softest riding coilover out there..(talking about the basics right?)Originally Posted by sooner02r1

yes, Teins have whatever you want from the harshest to the softest.
