I'll try to get some engine bay pics today or tomorrow. It is really dirty and is not worth looking at.

The FX35 projectors are awesome. I just replaced the lense with TSX Lenses so that I can get a sharper, blue cutoff. If you are using stock Fx projectors, you will have a yellowish, orange cut off. Light output is still just as good, just very little color for the cutoff line. You will notice a huge difference if you are retrofitting your headlights with Projectors. It was night and day for me.

I will never go back to stock headlights ever in any car now and in the future.

Yes, I have Axis Hiro's. They are 18's but I wish I had gotten the 19's. They look smaller because of the polished lip.

I explained it in an earlier post, but Redline Max installed it and said that I could keep my supports that way. I was excited to get the car back so I really didn't care. I may get a larger intercooler later when I install the nitrous intercooler mist.

i like them from far away but up close you can really see how the cefiro's just do not fit the car.

They actually fit a lot better than it looks in the picture. I just need to take them out and reinstall them. If you search cefiro pictures, there are a lot of them that sit flush with very little gaps.

I am planning to pull them off the car and realign them. I'm just too lazy and it's been hot outside. It doesn't bother me too much.

I have a question.. I am planning of retro fitting my Cefiro's with TSX projectors as well.. however, I was looking at the tsx projectors, and the "flap" inside ( the metal "wall" that block 1/2 the inside of the projector), is it supposed to be on the top or the bottom of the projector)..

thanks

That's called the cutoff shield, and it's supposed to be on the bottom.

They should also be marked L and R. As for any retrofit, I would put a bulb in it to test that everything works. I just got my smoked Bumper lenses today and waiting on new parts for another retrofit. I am going to retrofit Mini H3 projectors in a new set of fogs and black them out as well.

Since someone on the board keeps outbidding me on my previous idea to install Lexus GS400 fogs on my max, I decided to go another route.

Original Thread:
http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=523019

I just bought some new fogs from Ebay (I plan to put the 3m film on it to prevent it from cracking)

I also bought a set of Bosch Mini H3 Projectors

To finish it off, Luminic Yellow JDM H3 Bulbs

I will keep you all posted on the progress of my retrofit as the parts start arriving.
