Got rid of my 95 max...... I had it for 7 years and been to hell and back with it. I ordered a sparkling silver MCS and it will bere in 3 weeks. I can't wait!!!!!! This will be my first brand new car it will have zero miles on it when i get it!

Haha, wont be doing any of those stunts! yea real fun cars! I love the handling and the go cart feel. Its so easy to get around and cornering is unbelievable compared to the boat cornering feel of the 4 gen.. Going to save for some bbs wheels then work on some jcw products to boost some power.

Mini Cooper-S i guess

My girl's cousin has one, i can barely fit in the front seat....forget about me trying to fit in the backseat, impossible. Does have some neat gadgets and gauges though...

 

I'm 6' 2" and fit perfectly into my aunt's mini cooper. It was actually really comfertable. I'd love to have one of these cars. They stick to the road very well and would be a lot of fun to own as a 2nd car I think.

 

I have no idea how you can be comfortable in that thing. I'm about your height and I was sat in one at the auto show. All I can say is... there would be some shoulders touching and there wont be any passengers in the back.

I am 6'8 250 yea ex pro basketball player. I fit in it just fine. I have to pump the seat all the way down and put the seat all the way back. I have to put the seat all the way back in every car i drive. I like to ride solo or have one passenger at the most which is my gf and she is 5'3. She also drives a 06 mini cooper too. I drive that all the time right now. The 07 is bigger than the 06 by almost 3inches and length and width. I dont know why people think this car is extremely small. Corvettes, 240sx, 300zx, altima coupe, are small cars to name a few, i can't even fit in any of those at all. I can't even put my leg in a 350z.lol I wanted one of those pretty bad!
After i get some bbs rims and a couple of jcw products the back seat is coming out! I'll put a gp rear strut bar back there and my little jl w7 sub.



Its 24k straight up. Pretty basic, turbo, leather steering wheel with shifters and volume, radio control,cruise control buttons on it, push to start button sparkling silver metallic paint, leatherette sport seats, 16' bridge spokes wheels, automatic,piano black dash, bi xenon projector headlights and no sunroof.(didn't want one) I really like the steering wheel shifters, thats going to be fun!

yea they have turbo chargers now because the complaints with the supercharger. The supercharger wines too much and it had major turbo lag... Ive drove a 06 with the supercharger it sounded like a race car stock and the lag was horrible but it was quick! The 07 is quicker and no lag no turbo whine. Can't wait to get some JCW on it.

I liked not having a car payment. I paid cash for it back in 01. I had nba tryouts for the bulls and with the rockets back in 02 and got cut before preseason started. Then after that I played overseas in s.korea,japan, china and lebanon. My car just stayed in the garage collecting dust. Came back and bought me a house and kept driving the max. It was a clean black on black leather max with a couple of mods.

 

haha I thought the same thing when i read it. And yeah keep us updated on how it goes with the mods. They are so much fun to drive and I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Mini's handle really nicely. They have decent power. But they're heavy and they are terrible in crashes. I know firsthand.

 

now thats a mini i can't fit! lol You guys realize a 350z is half the size of a MCS!! Nobody gives the owners any hell with those cars...

 

Only in # of seats. Everywhere else the Z is bigger.

they ordered the sparkling silver without bi xenons....i was pissed so I didn't take it.. I picked up a pepper white one with xenons. Its pretty quick! Love it!

Nice car though, the color isnt bad at all. Silver is not a bad color at all, but too many things are silver nowadays anyway..

ok, i fixed it! better? But yea, real fun car! Major difference from the boat handling max i had. The speed is crazy! i feel like I am in a porsche or something. I love my bi xenons! Thats why I didn't get the sparking silver.... The color is pepper white with black/grey carbon leatherette sport seats. THe seats are comfy! Im going to work on some apperence stuff first then the interior then some jcw upgrades and some bbs wheels. I dont like all the chrome on the car so im going to get black trim for those.

 

god i hate those cars but they do look fun to drive.... to each is own though. CONGRATS!
