yah I think their 350z rims. Looks really good. Should finish off the sides and the rear to compliment it better.

Correct. They are 350z 35th Anniversary Edition Wheels

They are 18x8 with +30 offset in the front and 18x8.5 with +33 offset in the rear.

Roger that.

And what do you guys think about the kit.
Should I paint the whole thing?
Should I paint the sides and the rears?

I have mixed feelings about it.

I say keep the lip kit the same color and get different rims: M45 rims, just paint them darker to match the lip kit. That'd look amazing and it'd tie everything together.

I'd keep the 2k3 rims that you currently have instead..
the 350z rims look great, but they have too much of a sporty "look" for a luxury sedan.

but it's your car and if you like it, then it's your choice

The front tires will stick out in the front with a 30 offset. You might rub but when I threw some G wheels on my car, the rears sat alright with a 33 offset (no need for spacers), but the fronts kinda stuck out a little too much for my liking.

By any chance you don't know what setup he had do you?

I am on Tein COs. And it looks like I am a bit lower than him. But keep in mind. My rear end is coming down a notch soon too.
