Is the injen good for your max?because alot of members say for the 4th gen they are **** i just figured it was for all of them
#4
well i'm not sure about the 4th gen because i have a 3rd gen but i figured brand-named CAI would be better than an Ebay one..guess I'll have to do some more research..

Chevy, er, Nissan ridin' high! j/k It will look a lot better with a drop.
To the guy with the 3rd Gen in his sig, the Injen intake's location is around the radiator fan, which means hot air, that's why the cone filter setup is probably better. Stock is better than both set ups.

Well the roads here are kinda **** so i dont know about 3...and the chrome trim style well most people hate it but i love it and made it work nice i think. Also what makes it even more unique i have the only modded 4th gen in my city!! BALLIN!! lol

ehehe I guess you never been to Montreal/Quebec yet eh? capital of pot holes.. hahaha
I like the chrome trims.. as long as you don't go full chrome wheels, then we alls good !

We are def all good man,it seems im copying you becuase today i picked up my 95 civic hatchback i bought and its my frist stick shift and i learned it in one day.Now im no pro but i just got in it and started driving...after driving all my money is going into 5 spd swap on the max. And as for the wheels, these pics dont really do justice to them.Ill get some better pics another time. But i understand its all personally preference, and thats cool.Unique cars dont be made by people who follow. They are made by leaders

Well guys im proud to say in 5 days my tein coilovers and cattman headers shall be paid for a ordered.decided to get headers because turbo is along ways away and with my greddy sp2 exhaust it will sound like a 350z.well thats the sound i think ill get.

The injen sucks because it sits right behind the radiator making it a HAI. Pretty stupid. I have one and I will be doing something else soon hopefully.
Good luck with the ride. You should add 97-99 rear end conversion to your list, or getting red/clears.

Just ordered the budget y pipe and paid for my place racing cai so thats on the way,i know i said i was going to have the headers and coilovers but i gotta slow down on modding the max if i want a 03 svt cobra. Now domestic interiors make me sick, they are just so easy to make power out of so im saving to get one.Because i realize a maxima wont give me the power im looking for with just bolt ons.Plus my max is auto and i dont have the money to really go all out on a swap.Still keeping a slow modding to the maxima.Going to order up a set of springs next week. Then a little system. As far as 97-99 trunk conversion.Iam going to do that with a carbon fiber trunk and hood,so it looks right when i do it,along with the clears.Looks are great in all but i want more performance yeah it costs more but you so get more your moneys worth.Jwt ecu upgrade and 75 shot and im calling the car done.So all i have left to do is....carbon fiber hood, trunk.Jwt ecu.red/clears.springs.small system(done next week, system i mean). And 75shot(with the right setup)
