HID Comparison Pics

Installed 02-03 HIDs in my 2001 this weekend. Here are some comparison pics between stock and HID. The passenger side has a Sylvania HID bulb and a Sylvania Ultra fog bulb.

These pics don't do the lights justice at all. For instance, the fogs look the same color, but if you look at the ground right in front of the car, you can see that they are quite different.

OH yeah. I just set it atop the other light for comparison pics, they are aimed perfectly. I'm not sure who would perform/purchase a retrofit and be oblivious to its aim afterwards.

Anyway, I have not yet seen a 5.5gen beam pattern. Think you could get a shot of the beam pattern up against a wall or something?

Oh, now I see it. It's so bright that you can hardly even see the stock beam. What type of projector did you use?

I'll try to get a beam pattern pic whenever I find a good spot. Oh, and I made a mistake in the original post. The HID bulb is a Philips 4300k (not sylvania).

IIRC he flush mounted TL projecters. I know it's Acura, and it might've been TSX, but I think TL.

Yeah, they're TL projectors. I wanted the best of the bixenon mojo projos yo.

Was interesting figuring out the 9007-to-bixenon wiring and putting it all together, the floor in a dimly lit patio is not the best place to solder.

Nah, you've got plenty of >$300 mods. I pretty much only have one.
