Well sorry for being late to this thread I just saw it now... haven't been around much lately...

But as others have said a N/A 3L can definitely run 13's with some mods. Nealoc187, 96sleeper, ceasars chariot, speedemn, etc there are others too but these guys come to mind immediately for guys with N/A 3L 4th gen times in the 13's.

To date my car has gone 12.83 on a day with lots of fuel problems and lousy driving, so I believe it will do in the 12.6 range. Here's the thread:

Oh and to keep it OT, nice Bimmers! No way I could have afforded a car like that in my teens. Hope they don't eat a hole in the repair wallet...
