jxkim 96 kh3 maxima. before and after (part I)

so heres the story. i bought this 96 maxima sept of 2006. wasnt in the best condition and ive spent a good amount of time and money fixing her up. she started as a dirty gxe. major mods include gr2s w/ vogtland springs, budget ypipe, greddy sp2 catback. rest of my money has been spent for maintenance and fixing/replacing old parts.

old photos were taken with my sidekick. i have not posted pictures of my car on the forums till now. i plan on taking more pics of my car but i will post some of the recent shoot as a sneak preview. the shoot didnt come out as great as i hoped so i will try again tomorrow. (hopefully... if weather holds up) the pics were taken by a buddy of mine. he tried to do some stuff with wide angle lens in some shots. its his first time shooting a car so below were a few we managed to salvage. the setting and lighting were difficult to work with... well hope you enjoy

yea i believe the first 2 shots were using wide angle lens. it gives a really cool effect but definitely distorts the car. many of the wide angle lens shots came out bad either making my car look like a stretch limo or like something from the movie "cars". but i love that sky in the 2nd shot

its actually red. well when i bought the leds and etc i bought "red". i think the pic makes it come out a lil orangeish. well many refer to reddish colors as orange. to me orange is amber. i love that shot as well.

Gotcha. I'm considering re-doing my interior in red. Are the gauges truly "red" when lit? I have an issue now with an all-white LED interior that the gauges have a blue-ish hue to them at night due to the slight tint of the numbers.

love the pics. make them availible in high rez for wall papers...and get rid of the stuff in the front seat. personally i'd love to trock something like that as my wallpaper. it would be even better if it could go across 2 1600x1200 displays...hot.
